    do you have any dietary restrictions?
    is it because you're on a diet, or do you simply have food allergies?
    what foods do you absolutely hate to eat?

    Hi,
    I have no allergies, no diet, I just like to work out so often that's why I am always fit. I eat everything and never gain weight what a great metabolism. I just hate beet and green beans so much.
     
    Complicated Liver issues means my body can't break down fat as well as anyone else.
    I eat anything fatty like fried chicken and I'm sick as fuck within hours.
    More and more foods are getting difficult to eat.
     
    For the most part, I can eat anything. However, my body has a tough time digesting overly greasy food such as pizza, burgers, and to an extent fried chicken. I'm also somewhat lactose intolerant so eat too much dairy can make me feel unwell. Also, I detest onions; restaurants like to garnish their foods with green onions so it's sometimes a hassle to pick them off, especially frustrating if I see them despite asking for no onions.

    Almost forgot but I absolutely abhor carbonated drinks (i.e. sparkling water, pop) because I'm not a fan of the bubbly liquid and if I drink one by mistake I immediately spit it out.

    No allergies, knock on wood

    I know my skin gets terrible if I eat lots of sugar or crisps. My stomach gets bad when I have McDonalds so I avoid it.

    I also know that I feel better avoiding carbs alltogether. I haven't had the energy to go reliably keto in a long time unfortunately...
     
    tbh this is 95% of all food for me, I am extremely picky. Although the biggest offender is so-called "seafood" which I can't even be in the same room as without feeling ill.

    The only allergy I have that I am aware of is to blackcurrant...found that one out the hard way when I was a kid.
     
    Dawn, I should point out that gluten-free food is NOT, contrary to popular belief, healthier than food with gluten, and it doesn't taste very good either. You should really only eat it if you have celiac disease or some other condition that requires it; that's the whole reason for it. Gluten-free is not the same as oat bran or other health trends.

    I used to be more ok with it but these days I really agree ahah somehow seafood just grosses me out much more than veggies or land-meat does.

    I...don't actually eat gluten-free food? It's painfully expensive here for one thing, very restricted in what is available for another, and what I've tried of it that I would eat (my grandmother has to have a gluten-free diet, so I've tried some gluten-free things because of that) has tasted pretty awful tbh, at least compared to the non-gluten-free version. I'm not a health nut or anything like that (if I was I would be even more anxious than I already am because I am very aware I am not healthy) I'm just obscenely picky. I have issues with food generally.

    Most of my dietary restrictions are either self-imposed, the product of several years of bad habits I have been working very hard to break, or because my stomach literally cannot handle them. Unfortunately I take after my mother rather than my father and have a very weak stomach...it doesn't take much to set me off, and it takes me a long time to recover after an episode. It's part IBS, part anxiety, and part very weak stomach that rebels whenever it feels like it. I think if I had to have a gluten-free diet I would break down completely because it'd mean I'd eat even less than I already do ^^;
     
    I have dairy, egg, and nut allergies. Three things that severely limit what I can eat, since they're in such a large number of food products.

    I also don't eat a lot of vegetables, but that's mostly because I can't stand them lol
     
    I have mild reflux, but anything is fine in moderation except for soda, which sets it off. Thankfully I don't even like soda.
     
    I also have acid reflux and unfortunately at the start when I first experienced it I was really NOT GOOD at keeping it in control. It gets set off by most of the common triggers so I have to avoid citrus foods, confectionery (especially chocolate in anything), soda, fried foods, certain dairy products etc. Pretty frustrating to work around but I'm getting better at it though eating out is an issue with trying to find meals that won't set my reflux off too hard. Before that first happened about a year ago I didn't really have any dietary restrictions though I've had issues eating in the past which has led to having to alter my diet significantly temporarily. Not the best time but I'm working on having a better time with food!
