What made you smile/happy today?

Finally finished my edit yesterday! I've been working on it for a while but it's done now! (Dropped it in a spoiler tab in case you wanna watch it)

Today I spent time with family and it was very nice. :)

I have fallen down the well of jumping spider research. Send help! :p

Today I was put on my absolutely most favorite station at work. So that and french fries at lunch make me happy.

I had a pretty hilarious conversation dad earlier.
 
Okay this is a big deal. My fiancé teaches English to refugees in his spare time. He's had mostly the same class for about two years, so every week he's helping these people steadily improve their skills.

Well, one of his student came to him about writing his wedding vows in English a while ago, and together we've been working with this guy so he can get it down perfectly. WELL as of a half hour ago he is officially married to a wonderful husband and we were able to see the whole thing on livestream and he fuckin NAILED IT! He did a great job!!

We were both in tears, haha. It was so cute and wholesome and I'm so proud of my fiancé and his student. :')
 
Receiving a nice thank you card from my aunt for the birthday flowers I sent her. I even have some pretty flowers of my own to look at and smell, my mom brought me some daffodils from the market, as a surprise. What a lovely token of spring.

Other things that amused me today include my cat having been hiding in my closet, sitting inside of a shopping bag, which made me not just smile, but laugh. Also petting my dog. Kind words from friends.
 
My good friend Zeostar finally getting his coveted 1000 rating on chess.com :D Seeing him grind endlessly on matches and getting there after over a year, fills me with glee~
