I saw a humming bird today! It was sticking it's beak into a hibiscus in my backyard!

The colder weather settling in has been kind of nice, and our cat has been sleeping on the floor in our room today (which doesn't happen often, she's usually in someone else's room or sleeps on the couch in the living room or something). It feels like she's been keeping me company all day and when I went to grab a blanket to keep myself warm, I went to pet her and she licked my hand a few times. Over the past year I've been trying super hard to get her to like me and it's really nice to get the feeling she does... 🤍

I've been getting a bit better at arriving to class on time. I lose track of time as I get ready and all of a sudden, it's 5 minutes before my class starts and I haven't even left my apartment yet. I've only been a few minutes late to class this week (as opposed to last week when I was showing up like 15-20 minutes late).
