What made you smile/happy today?

Today I finally submitted all the documents I needed to have my mom's surname legally added. That, in turn, means I'll actually see both surnames in my college diploma. In just 20 days I'll get my new birth certificate and entry, and I'll be able to get a new ID among other things.

20 days!! I couldn't be happier!!
 
I went to a first club meeting and we played trivia, and my team thought we got a bunch wrong. Turns out we won!! We each got little baggies with FUZZY SOCKS, candy, and little containers of play doh!! :)
 
I got the official all-clear on my broken leg after four or so years! I still have to go for yearly checks with my traumatologist, but it's all healed. There's no damage to the IM nail from playing PIU either, which means I can keep doing it as my main form of exercise!

Also, my local book fair will take place a month and a half earlier than it usually does, starting on October 1st instead of the second week of November. That means I'll be able to zoom in while I get all my papers in order and get some more books in English!

Congratulations. 😊I guess you can say that hearing the news that your leg has completely healed made me smile.

Went on a walk with my dog, and he walked a good distance, all the way to a local church parking lot from my house. Because he's an older boy, 10 years, and a big breed, every step he takes makes me proud and happy that he's here.

He's a little slow to rise to his feet sometimes, but I have learned if I sing a song then he gets excited and will jump up and start walking.

FINALLY got my tax return after waiting months and months, so now I got a nice chunk of change in my wallet and can buy some new clothes that I desperately need...
 
Finally getting the chance to battle the user Amore here, even though he beat me every time. lol Getting on Pokémon Showdown and consistently destroying the meta VGC with a fun team of my favorites. ☺️

Half a decade on this forum. I'm bad at sticking with things, but at-least on this rare occasion I picked a nice place to stick with.

But wow, time does go fast.
