Probably not. I am moderately clever so I don't think I would solve anything that many people couldn't.

Why not! I've always wanted to have an actual training for several things in life (plumbing, cooking, cleaning...), so why not hair cutting :)

No, because I think the lifetime supply would be given in 1 go and I'd need to binge through them to keep them from expiring then D=

It depends on the sickness. If it's something terminal I will absolutely not. If it's a cold, then yes I will and have hugged people with them knowing I'll get sick.

Yes! I will Trade 1 level of my Iq to get 5000 Kilo worth of strength.

I never get crushes or romantic feelings, so yeah sure.

If I am sure the experiment will work and make me conquer my fear, yes. If it has a chance of working, I'll think about it.
I do have fears, but not anything that has an effect on my life.
