I do chat with some member on skype, I have two members on snapchat. They are memebers I've been talking for at least one year so there is a trust here.

Probably, if we were close enough and it wouldn't cost a fortune to call or text them. But it's only slightly more convenient than Skype or Discord, so it wouldn't serve much purpose.

I'd only give it to two people. Both of them don't have it, but I would give it to them if I had a phone. I do skype every now and then though and send snapchats to one of them fairly often.

I only give my phone number to people I trust, which is very rare, if ever. The reason I don't, really is because I'm afraid of being catphished, so if I trust you entirely, you get my phone number.

I don't give out my Skype or LINE account, but my Skype doesn't have my phone number, so.

I've given my phone number to a few PC members because I trust them and have known them for multiple years. If I don't know you well enough, I probably wouldn't give out my phone number then. It's really convenient when you can text those you are close with/know well outside of PC forums.

A couple of them have gotten mine over the years, but we mostly talk through discord or messenger anyways. I talk to all my friends and most of my family through (facebook) messenger rather than texts even haha.
