I stepped on my own foot resulting in a nasty break and extremely severe soft tissue damage when I was fourteen. My mother took great joy in repeatedly making me explain to people why I was there.
I dont remember if I went to the hospital, but I broke my nose when I was 2 or 3 because I let go of my mom's hands and fell down brick steps face first (nose first). and noses dont like bricks. Always hold your mom's hand.
This reason isn't as stupid, but I went to the hospital for my bronchial spasms. They just became too frequent and lengthy to tolerate.
well. My anxiety or whatever undiagnosed minor human fault I have, has made me go a couple of times and it turned out to be absolutely "nothing". Really really annoying and embarrassing that my mind can fool my body (and my consciousness) to believe something is physically wrong, when it's almost always just in my head.
I thought I'd got a piece of broccoli lodged into my throat so I panicked and convinced my parents to take me to the hospital. Had a panic attack on the way there, freaked out even more because I didn't know what a panic attack was and started having difficulty breathing. I thought I was dying but it turns out that nothing was wrong. Granted I was 10 at the time but it seems like a dumb reason to visit the hospital, now that I look back upon it.
I once put a bean from a beanbag in my ear and had to go to hospital to get it out. I actually had to go under anaesthetic for them to get it out because I wouldn't sit still when I was awake.
When I was younger, I got a part of an action figure stuck up my nose, we literally couldn't get it out so we drove to Accident and Emergency and when we were a minute away I sneezed it out haha.
i was forced into an ambulance at school cause they thought i had tried to suffocate myself with a plastic bag (i hadn't) but i refused to sign in at the ER and i left
I haven't been for any stupid reasons, but I guess the most bizarre is that when I was a kid, my anxiety was so bad that I would puke a lot, specifically when school year started. My parents took me to the doctor under the assumption I had a stomach issue, but lol no your child just has anxiety disorder...to which I have never received medication for and barely any help at all. Thanks??????
haven't been there for any dumb reasons, but i guess the most oddest one is that like.. two-three times i went there for cracking my head open when i was younger? i was a clumsy and sensitive child..
Went to the hospital cause I jacked off while taking a bubble bath and slammed my head into the soap holder sticking out after I was done. Split my head open and had to get 9 staples.
