Changing Avatars

How often do you switch avatar images on your profiles/accounts?

On another website I actively used, I had kept the same avatar since 2013. On my Facebook account, I have not switched my avatar since 2016. When I use Pokecommunity, I get bored of looking at my avatars pretty quickly.

Toad/Toadette are my among my favorite fictional characters, so I put it as a placeholder while I'm being indecisive.

some sites i keep my avatar for a while on while some other sites i change it WAY too often since i'm picky on my avatar display nicely, etc. it's annoyingly stressful sometimes when most of your avatars are pixel art. @_@

That entirely depends on whether I care enough about my profile on that website. I haven't changed my FB pfp for the last 7 months, whilst my Twitter/Steam/Pokecommunity avatars change semi-regularly.

I don't really change much with the exception of my discord avatar and I guess my PC rotating avatar if that counts??

I'm in a constant state of changing my avatars. I usually use my own art for them, which is always evolving and (hopefully) improving, so I change my avatars to reflect that. But only on sites I use often. If I don't use it often, it might not change for a year or two.

Rarely. Used this for the past...decade? Tweaks it under some circumstances. Darkened it for Discord. Loses the details at small sizes otherwise. Might add something for a forum event too, given a decent idea, ability, and motivation.

I change my icon often on twitter, but not as much as I used to here. Once every three months on PC. Whatever my Interest of the season is in anime, I suppose.

Depends where! On PC, I used to a lot. But since making a flair, I have felt much less of a need to change it since I can't think of what other avatar + flair combo I'd like to use. On most social media, I don't think I've updated my profile picture for years. I have a year round Christmas-themed avatar on Twitter that I haven't changed in a long time. Facebook I don't use a profile picture a lot of the time, Instagram is one I took when I was 16... the only platform I change my avatar somewhat more regularly on is Discord since I use it more often.

I change my icon often on twitter, but not as much as I used to here. Once every three months on PC. Whatever my Interest of the season is in anime, I suppose.

It shouldn't be! I've got like 8 Sylveon sprites I made that rotate. Maybe try a different browser?

Oh, it is blank on DMs and stuff, like I don't see my avatar in the upper hand corner like you do.

on PC, i generally seem to stick to an astronaut theme haha. i think it's generally recognizable regardless :3

that's why i can't see it i'm using a skin that doesn't have post flairs because it's easier on my browser

On discord, I often constantly rotates and change frequently to show my mood or when I feel like doing; On PC happened every 4 months or seldom that when I feel like to changes my paces on what I currently enjoy to another that I find another game quite fun to play with.

I rarely change everything on the forums I'm in
