crossing your legs with your hand touching your chin

Cris-cross applesauce. That's just how I like to sit. <_<

i usually have one of my legs crossed over the other, and sitting up fairly straight since i'm very conscious of my posture! used to have a hand to my chin sometimes but stopped doing that a while back, not good for face oof

I may need a visit to the chiropractor soon lmao.

Also I never heard about the problems coming from resting your hand on your chin. Care to enlighten?

I'm a perpetual leg bouncer so I keep both legs firmly planted to the ground to try and alleviate it.
But usually I find myself crossing them.

If I'm not trying to make myself as small as possible I'll usually sit with my back straight, my ankles crossed - but not outstretched - and my hands folded against my lap. I have this thing where I feel like I'm always taking up too much space (especially in a public setting like a bus) so I tend to just pick a perceived comfy position and stay like that.

At home alone I'll sprawl out tho lol.

I got told I could never sit straight as a kid - I'd sit in every position but the correct one. Knees up, slouching down to the point of almost lying down, sittting sideways... no wonder I had issues with my posture for a while! Sitting down on the ground... I remember as a kid I'd try to do the 'Buddha sit' which is what we called it in my Chinese family, not sure what it's called elsewhere or just Asian squat because it was more comfortable apparently? I'm a bit better now, I mostly sit normally but will rest my chin on my hand a lot. Also will just sit cross legged now. Sometimes still get in the habit of putting my feet up, its a bad habit from when I was younger :'(

cross legged sitting mostly , hunched because im lazy
usually try to keep the top half more proper during business stuff
but when im alone i just do whatever feels right hahaha

cross legged never goes away though
ever

I'm usually slightly slouched over. Sometimes I rest my head on one of my hands. Occasionally I'll cross my right leg and tuck it under my left. Never left under right though because my left leg doesn't bend that way. If I don't have my leg crossed, my feet are usually on top of my padded footrest. I'm so small my feet will dangle if I don't use the footrest...

Then I'm like "why does my lower back hurt?".

With my legs crossed and always have. Or just one leg lifted and resting on my knee. It's what I find most comfortable.

When working, right leg on the floor and left leg bouncing. Sometimes when I get annoyed I cross it over the other knee so it can rest for a few minutes.

When reading, my legs are horizontal and resting on something high- my bed or a table. You can't read properly otherwise.
