... And I don't mean the PC users, don't feel like you have to choose between them ok

Do you prefer mornings or evenings? :) We're not talking midnight pitch black night owl activity times now, we're talking the time around sunrise and sunset.

Let's be honest here, between the two of us it's a pretty obvious choice, everyone hates me

I'm very much a morning person. Case in point - it's 5:34am right now and I've been awake for about an hour already.

yas morning crew! For as long as I can remember I've been loving early mornings too. It's 06:55 now but I've been up for 1.5 h d: Why am I so slow...

now that's a huge lie, Dawn, not everybody hates you! :)

Not going to lie but those two were the first thing that popped into my head when I saw this thread...lol.

I think it all depends on what kind if mood I'm in because sometimes I'm up just before the sun and I love that time where it's just bright enough to see outside. On the other hand I love a good sunset especially on a nice summer night. Where you can sit outside and just...relax and be in the moment as if nothing is wrong.

Let's just put them in a death match to make deciding easier.

    Oh.

I don't really have a preference either way because the lack of a circadian rhythm kind of renders the differences irrelevant most of the time anyway.

I'm definitely an evening/night person. You rarely catch me up at dawn.

(i pick dawn because dawn talks to me about dishonored sorry bella)
I was gonna bring up Warriors but then I realized Dawn has read more than me too..

Pre pandemic, an extreme morning person. Awake at 5:00 AM, in class by 7:00 AM, commuting home by 1:00 PM.

I got lazier post pandemic when everything switched online. Sometimes I still get up by 5:00 AM, other times I'm not awake until 10:00 AM. It's just a whacky schedule right now.

I'm tempted to flip back to my morning schedule.

I've always been an extreme night owl so I tended toward experiencing both dawn and dusk for a while (until constant doctor's appointments for this pregnancy made me have to chance to a "normal" sleep schedule). I've always preferred dawn over dusk in that case. I'm by no means a morning person and definitely do not wake up early, but sleeping until dawn? I can get behind that. Dawn is much more peaceful and calm than dusk. Love being able to hear the birds waking as the cricket chirping dies, seeing the sun peak over the horizon. Perhaps I'm biased as I was often lulled to sleep by these peaceful mornings. I do miss it. 💔

Though I am a night owl, there is a calmness that comes with early dawn that I really enjoy. Not everyone is awake yet, the light is just creeping over the trees, and you start to hear the very first birds singing. I often wish dawn wasn't such a fleeting time of day.

Both are good for taking a nice, quiet, walk.

Usually dusk though, if not for the colored skies.
