    Does inventing my own universe count?

    I have a universe I am creating for an elaborate story series. I've been working on this project for several years. It is called the Aelita universe and it is inhabited primarily by anthropomorphic canines and dragons and basically mixes the idealism of Star Trek with some more fantasy and less space. I realize this sounds pretty stupid, but that would be my place to exist. I just don't really want to be human.

    If I have to chose someone else's universe though... it would be Solatorobo! That actually comes kind of close to Aelita and I still don't have to be human. :3 Also, I really love the whole hunter thing, making money just by doing random tasks that people lay out for you.

    EDIT: Oh and speaking of Star Trek! I wouldn't mind being in that one either. I'd prefer to be an alien, but I wouldn't mind being a human from Earth. I think I'd fit in well in the future.

    Any of the Tales of universes, because I'm Tales trash and at this point I know most of them about as well as the universe proper. Other than that, like Arylett said, I'd probably invent my own universe to live in if that were an option.
     
    I'm honestly not sure. I enjoy this universe too much to want to change. If I had to choose though, it'd either be Star Wars, Warcraft, or Pokemon.
     
    Pokemon would be really fun because ALL THOSE CUTIES.

    But, I'm gonna have to give it to Harry Potter. I want to make potions, fly on a broomstick, cast spells and partake in other wizardy things.

    EDIT: OH WAIT I ALSO WANT SKYRIM. But that'll be after I graduate from Hogwarts.

    Tbh, I'm much more likely to die in Skyrim ;) I'm not too worried about how I'll survive at Hogwarts.
     
    I'd be part of the anime version of Pokémon, but because it's basically utopia, and little danger involved.
     
    Pokemon because I love going outdoors so having my very own journey would be fantastic! Then again, I also wouldn't mind living in the more laid-back Animal Crossing. The best of both worlds??
     
    I would love to be in the Harry Potter universe. Its one of my all-time favourite moves and I would love to be a wizard and learn different spell and be placed into my house.
