Talking to a baker, coordinating the delivery of a cake next month. It's best to plan these sorts of things early. I tried to get a strawberry cake for my birthday last year, but there wasn't enough time, I managed a perfectly good cinnamon babka cake at the last minute, but this time I'm ready in advance, and it shall be a nice dark chocolate one. I can almost taste it now, the center looks so good.
