My dog was feeling spry enough today to try to run up the stairs. I didn't let him--he's an older dog that needs to take care so he doesn't trip, but I was glad to see him full of energy, looking quite happy and overall healthy :)

Hearing from my boyfriend on the phone after a recent panic attack. Even though the panic attack was less than five minutes, my mind went dark for a good half hour to an hour afterwards. Then he called being his goofy self and things were fine afterwards.
