Do you hate it when you intentionally or accidentally get your toes stubbed by stationary material such as furniture, wall corners, or anything involving the situation? I usually don't like it when this happens, especially if I was running to get the pain I definitely don't deserve. In this situation, how would you react and how would you resolve your injury?

I normally curse very, very loudly and multiple times until the pain subsides. Depending on how bad I hit it, I'll also sit down and gently massage it or put pressure on it.

There's a nice Spanish expression that goes "Me cago en todo" which is very appropriate for these occasions.

I am surprised at this point that I have not broken any toes from the numerous times that this has happened.

Usually a cringe, hesitation on cursing that sort of thing. Unless of course it's the small toe... Those hurt more then the big toe of which colorful language ensues.

Stubbing a finger hurts like crazy as well... Bruised my thumb from it but healed quickly.

After the initial cursing, I check to see if it's broken or something than just go about my day.
