The behavior intervention specialist in my program said he wanted me to process on paper a whole page on my feelings about why i'm so upset over this family event this weekend. But honestly, I can't do it anymore. I'm sorry dude, how much do you want me to say? *sigh* Well I can't help how upset he'll be. I don't care really anymore.
