Are you currently on (or have you been on) any type of diet?

I don't think I am. I did decide many years ago that I would avoid eating anything past 6 PM until the next morning. I think people nowadays call it "intervall fasting"? I've actually never put much thought into it. There was just a point in them when I was "yeah, I'm ok with not eating anything after this point". It never actually occured to me that this would be considered some sort of diet plan; at least not until people started using that word. ^^"

I probably need to stop eating chips and such, though. It's started to have a very negative effect on my health. That's probably just a sign that I'm getting old. xD

I have acid reflux although I'm still not particularly mindful of what I eat. I developed it young which is annoying.

I should seriously consider doing what @Megan wrote and stop eating past 6:00 PM. I think eating before bed makes it much worse.

no, but i seriously need to be to lose weight

I'm another that unofficially went on an intermittent fasting diet. Since I got braces, I didn't want to deal with the whole process of taking the trays and rubber bands out, cleaning them, brushing my teeth, and putting everything back in. It was just easier to not eat. So I only eat from the hours of 3-9 pm, when I have easier access to a toothbrush.

It's probably not super healthy, but I did lose quite a bit of weight.

Other than that, I've started eating healthy because these days, I care more about how I feel in the long term compared to the instant gratification of bad food. So I cut out the chips, cookies, candy, and soda that I used to consume every day. Not to say that I don't deprive myself of these things completely. I just eat a lot less of them!

No, but I have acid reflux so I try to avoid certain foods that aggravate my reflux, such as anything tomato-based or fried. I'm not the best at following this "diet" as I am often craving pizza or fried chicken... Thankfully, I have cut out the potato chips, cookies, chocolate, and other greasy or sugary foods for my health in general.

Not so much a diet, but a steady concentration on fruit, vegetables, nuts, and homemade meals from Monday to Friday while giving myself two cheat days in the weekend to stabilise the system. I took up swimming in December, and that gave me the incentive to eat well. But eating well tends to cost extra money on groceries...

Yes! ヽ( ▼∀▼)ノ

I eat high protein low carb based diet - but I always make sure I get adequate levels of all the food groups. I also take supplements: fish oil, vitamin e, b12, creatine, glutamine, MSM, vitamin d, collagen, whey protein (with BCAAs), and super greens.

I liek to gym too. ᕕ(︶‿︶)ᕗ

Besides cleaning up my food intake to support weight training, the only thing I would say is strictly part of my diet is a near daily mix of Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and oats, topped with my favoured berry for the day. I let the mixture sit for a few hours to soften the chia seeds and oats, and then add berries just before eating it. I swear by this mix; all of my indigestion issues practically disappeared, and it's satiating and supports my lifestyle to boot!

I've cut out sodas and replaced them with water for about 5 years now, save for if I need soda as a chaser or a mixed drink or something.
As a result, people mistake me to be in my early-mid 20's when I'm actually 34.

I've honestly been TRYING to go on some sort of low carb diet. Mostly, because I'm borderline/mild diabetic atm. It's just hard to do because I'm not exactly sure what is considered low carb. I'm not very good with doing math because of Dyscalculia and stuff, so that makes it extremely difficult. :(

Every morning is the exact same; two boiled eggs and a piece of toasted bread lathered in honey. The only thing I drink during the day is water, of which I break this with coffee at around 5:30 PM every day. However, during the weekdays I skip lunch and eat quite the heavy dinner. But the weekends, I confess, are not consistent and vary considerably, oops.

I'm ashamed to admit I depend on work to keep me in a routine, hence my inconsistent weekend diet.

No, honestly. I'm just extremely particular with what I eat. I'm a very extremely picky eater and eat a lot of...uh, "samefoods", or whatever it's called. I'm thin as a stick, I'm not going to lie, so.

My last blood work done showed that I'm prediabetic (diabetes runs in the family, unfortunately), so I'm seeing a dietitian for an individualized treatment plan to get me back on track. I'm focused on eating as much protein as I can, and incorporating fruits and veggies.

Years back I made a point of cutting out highly acidic foods in an attempt to counteract my genetic disposition to teeth falling out. It worked fine but then I got sick and various complications around that resulted in my mouth getting ruined anyway so not doing that anymore. I'm not on a proper diet or anything now, but because of the aforementioned health issues I do have to monitor what I'm eating and when depending on which part of the issue is flaring up (or not) at the time.
