Are your friends male or female?

Do you hang out mostly with guys or gals? Perhaps it's an even split between the two?

As for me, I seem to draw in women like myself almost exclusively when it comes to friendship. I have made friends with a few awesome guys online, but have befriended more girls for some reason. Offline I don't have any male friends outside of family or my bf. I am not sure why that is, and think it's cool when a man and a woman can just be friends without being romantically involved.

So, who do you chill with? The boys or the girls?

Although most of the people I interact with offline are female - for some reason there are only about five men where I work - and online I have no idea; I don't ask people what their biological sex is because it's not really all that important. I don't really interact with people very much. xD

Offline I tend to hang out with men more. In middle and high school my interests tend to align with theirs more. Online I think it's a good mix.

A decent mix. Most of my best friends are female, although I also have quite a few male friends as well. I generally tend to interact with other women more, however, this is not intentional. I'm quite a social being and I will befriend anyone (given they're polite and not overly standoffish or mute)

Of the online friends I keep contact with outside of PC, all of them are male. I mainly had male friends when I was younger too until I went to an all girls school. So now most of my friends are female? Now that I'm at uni, I feel like it'll be a much more even split so we'll see. :D

I don't care what gender people are, I befriend them all the same if they're nice and similar enough to me. Unfortunately others perceive me as some specific gender and might treat me differently than they would have if binary gender roles wasn't a block in their minds.

irl girls, out of all the females and males I've met in real life I've always gotten along/connected much better with the girls. nothing against the guys or anything, I just have so much more I share in common with the girls I've met

online it seems more male dominant! i think i only have one close online friend who is female??

I only have one friend irl, and she's female. Offline, it's mixed. I have a few friends who are guys, some who are female. Honestly, idrc either way, you know?

When I was in school, in like kindergarten, I had a male best friend. After that, most of my friends were female. I got along with boys if they were part of our group but we only had one constant male friend. Then, in high school, I had two male friends and two female friends. Online, most of my friends are male. So really, it's been more of a mix, and since I'm normally more shy, I just befriend whoever is nice to me who can get past my weirdness and insecurities.

Growing up most of my friends were other boys. I had a silly fear of talking to girls and that didn't go away until high school. Now that I've grown out of it, most of my friends are girls.
