How often do you drink water?

How often do you go for water in favor of other drinks?

I drink water probably about 80% of the time, other than lemonade.

But I despise "disani" brand. Stop putting all this stuff into bottled water -_- Magnesium sulfate, potassium chloride, and salt. And in many places this is the only brand they sell. It's gross and I drink water to get away from that stuff. It's the same stuff they put into soft drinks that cause thirst.

Asides from a glass of milk in the morning, water is all I drink. Brand-wise I find Buxton to be the most refreshing, and Evian tastes like warm plastic so I tend to avoid it.

I mostly drink tap water, with breakfast and with every meal and in between. I also drink craft beer 1-2 evenings a week because it's a hobby and tastes so good, ok, and 2-4 cups of coffee per work day. Other than that, it's really just water always. I tend to go and have a glass of water every time i come out from the lab or walk away from the computer for a bit at work, like when i've been to the toilet or something. Whenever I remember to, basically. Keeps me alert and keeps headaches (mostly) away. From what it sounds like, bottled water is very common around the world? Here, our tap water is very good so bottled water is not at all as big.

Soda or fizzy sugary drinks is like a special treat that might happen on some occasion when I feel I need a sugar boost or when I'm hungover haha.

I drink chocolate milk every other day in the morning, one or sometimes two beers per week... and that's about it. Everything else is water.

In a way, I'm lucky that tap water is great enough over here? There's a running gag of people from Madrid visiting places elsewhere in Spain and always asking whether it's safe to drink water straight from the tap the first thing after stepping out of the car/train/plane (the answer is not necessarily yes, which is the point).

I'm very very sensitivve to being dehydrated and get horrible migraines so I drink on a schedule. Pretty much every 2 hours I try to drink a 20fl oz bottle of water, every 4 I try to drink a 20fl oz bottle of an electrolyte drink on top of the water. The electrolyte drink is usually just like, water with citrus juice and some salt.

In the end I usually end up at like, 160 fl oz of water a day and nothing else. Might get a cream soda at the store though like once a month.

I don't drink very much water like I should. I've been trying to do better but to me water has no taste and makes it hard to drink.
This is a very interesting view imo. Water is (almost) flavor-less which makes it very easy to drink, for me. It's just refreshing, preferably cold, rehydration. And if you're actually thirsty or warm, I do think it tastes/feels really great c:

I drink WAAAAAAAYYYYYY to much pop and even chocolate milk. I try to do water infusions like adding cinnamon sticks and I've tried using MIO and even Cirkul. I have a friend who drinks diet pop like its water but also rubs it in that he drinks water and rips on me when I add stuff to my water to make it easier to drink.

All I tend to drink is water (probably around 80-90% of the time), with fruit juice and coconut water - and a cup of coffee on occasion. I've cut down on coffee a LOT. Used to be 3-4 cups a day, but now I have 1 cup (about 16 oz) maybe every other day. I sometimes drink tea but that's pretty rare in the warmer climates and somewhat more often in winter.

I can't stand drinking water unless it's cold, though, so I always have a jug of water in the fridge that I'm constantly filling up. I very rarely drink water bottles. It's mostly just tap water run through our dinky little filter. I'd love a reverse osmosis filter, but we 1) can't afford it atm and 2) don't have space.

All day every day lol. I love water, can't go without it. I pretty much always have a pint-sized water glass next to me. I work in front of a computer a lot, and I'm prone to get headaches due to the blue light they emit, so I drink lots of water and have blue light glasses to avoid them. Also water just tastes great and when it's cold it's extremely refreshing.

I'll have a coffee in the morning, some beer and wine in the evening, and maybe a coke at lunch if I've got some in the fridge. Other than that though, always drinking water.

    My main drink is lemonade.
During summer I drink a lot of water though. I burned through 7 liters of water once in a single day while at work in the scorching heat.
Likewise, I don't drink any water outside of lemonade at all during winter. I find it hard to drink when it's cold out.

I drink water all the time now. When I was a kid I drank diluted fruit juice and now I'm paying for it with endless fillings. Apparently fruit juice isn't so great for your teeth...

Every day, multiple times a day. I drink water more than any other beverage.

As we say in band, hydrate before you die-drate. :)

But yeah, I do drink water. I always carry around a water bottle or cup for classes. I tend to drink from it if I don't know what to say or do in a class, just as something to break up the awkward. As for other drinks, I drink soda every now and then, but that's about it.

(But if we're talking about drinks, can we talk about how sparkling water tastes... "angry"? Sparkling water is nasty)
