A new Hisuian form was revealed today! It's Voltorb!

Once again the Chinese Riddler is correct. I actually really like the design and was what I figured it be like many people probably though. I am also glad they apparently very friendly, but are like Pichu and accidently shock other pokemon and trainers.

Hisuian Voltorb looks like such a happy boy. Grass is one of my favourite types and Electric/Grass is a pretty rare typing. Only this line and Rotom Mow have it.

My favourite Hisuian form so far.

Honestly amazing typing, but kinda sad to see it wasted on... this. Seriously, it's just Voltorb with a happier face, any fan-made regional form with a little effort could have easily done something more inspired. Unless Hisuian Electrode has something up its sleeve this is a very low effort regional form.

As usual, the leakers are right, so I can't say I'm surprised this is real now.

Won't use it, but I like the typing Grass/Electric. I believe the only other Pokemon that had it was Mow Rotom.

I think it's because it's an ancient Pokeball made of wood or something. I see the wooden pattern on its underbelly.

I'm not blown away by it, but it seems like they're going pretty simple with Hisuian forms, and I appreciate that.

that's the one i like less. i m not a fan of voltrob itself tbh, so i think it's pretty reasonable that i don't like this one too, but i appreciate the fact that they made a Hisuian version of Voltrob because it would obviously have given lore difficulties if it stayed the same way, but I also think this pokemon is difficult to redesign so I m glad they kinda managed to do it and they also kept the "Oriental style" typical of Hisuian forms. I really love the typing tho! Idk if i ll keep one in my party tho...

This is honestly really cool and unexpected; awesome typing, as others have said, and is actually fitting since you can find Voltorb in the grass in the games (e.g. Route 10 in Kanto). Now it has a nice stab option for covering its weakness. I look forward to putting this form in my gen 1 prequel hack.

I hate it, but I had to groan because it is yet another regional form given to a Gen I Pokemon.

Look, in a world where regional forms weren't so dominated by Gen I Pokemon, I might find this to be a neat idea (a historical form of Voltorb to match the Pokeballs from that time - it makes since), but I can't help but groan anyway.
