    Do you wear glasses? If not, should you but just refuse to? Do you wear contacts instead?

    How do you feel about glasses in general, on yourself and on others?
     
    I have 20/20 vision! So, nope. No glasses for this guy. But...my eye doctor says I will when I'm 40. I'm okay w/glasses. They're better than contacts. Contacts sound horrible...
     
    I wear glasses! When I checked my vision last year it was -1.5 in one eye and -2.0 in another, lol. So not too great, but I can do fine without my glasses if I don't have to read signs and small letters.

    Contacts are a no go. No matter how much anyone tries to convince me, I don't feel comfortable sticking those things in my eye. ):
     
    I was lucky to be born with good eyes.
    I say this because glasses are way too expensive, it's awful, you shouldn't have to pay hundreds just to see. It's like they're punishing you.
     
    i wear glasses ! i can do fine without them but i need to get close to read at all times. they're not that bad iirc it's -1.5 or something, probs worse now because of my bad eye habits lmfao

    contacts are a maybe. i always get scared i might leave them there and render myself blind when i unintentionally sleep and wake up.
     
    I wear glasses too, I don't remember what my prescription is but everything is a blur when they're off. I know I need to get my eyes checked again, even with my glasses on I can't see some signs - I haven't gotten them properly checked since I turned 19, 'cause eye tests aren't free anymore, haha.

    I tried contacts once and it was a nightmare, I know they get easier with practice but I really can't be bothered and I like how I look with glasses anyway.
     
    My sight is so bad I can't see properly more than like a ruler length in front of me and it's blurry as all hell once you get to a metre away. Even though I buy really cheap frames my glasses end up costing hundreds of dollars because of the lenses I need. Contacts aren't an option even for me because they don't exist in my prescription and I wouldn't use them anyway.

    I have to wear mine daily and have been since errr grade 3 maybe. Terrible vision runs in my family, but I never thought it would have caught up with me so soon. I'm looking into getting contacts sometime near the end of the year. I really just want a change of pace, and I hate glassed lmao. They're always dirty and you can never get them clean rip. Like if I were to take them off my computer screen is blurry as hell and can barely make out what each post says.

    I've worn glasses since I was 4, since bad eyesight is just one of the ways my genetics messed me up. If I don't wear my glasses, everything is blurry unless it's about two inches away from my eyes. So I wear them all the time.

    Because I've worn glasses for this long, I'm used to them. Never even considered changing to contacts. Putting something in my eye freaks me out. Besides, I think everyone, including me, looks a lot better when they're wearing glasses.
     
    my eyesight is bad enough that i technically have to wear glasses but like i hate how glasses look on me (i look weird with them) so instead i just want to get contacts at some point in the future
     
    my eye sight is literally the worst and i have to wear glasses or else i'm basically blind. i had to have eye surgery at a few months old because i was born premature and have something called rop (i cant remember what it stands for) and if it wasnt for that i wouldve been blind yay

    but yeah i wear glasses every day bc i literally cant wear contacts bc my prescription wont let it. i have to get special prescription glasses that cost a lot of money and its the main reason i havent gotten any new ones yet bc i have no insurance but so far my glasses seem to still be working fine for me.
     
    I don't wear glasses, but I've been having issues with my eyes lately... I am going to the eye doctor on Tuesday. I am thinking that he will prescribe me some glasses. I don't mind glasses though, so if that happens I am fine with it.
     
    I don't wear glasses myself, but I kinda idolize people who do.. they look pretty stylish, imo. My eyes are pretty sensitive, though and that can lead to irritation... so maybe I'd have to see a specialist or something in the future if it gets bad.
     
    I have been wearing glasses full time since about Feb 2018. Before than I would only wear them legally for driving.

    Since buying a nice black pair I have worn them every day. I had my eyes tested and the result motivated me try to this.

    The only problems I have with glasses is they get smudged easily and wearing them and my over ear headphones at the same time can cause annoying creak like noises. I have to find the sweet spot in this situation. Once found there's no noise.
