it's 12am, zzzz time for bed

I always wake up between like 6:30 and 8, so at least I have that going for me. My going to bed time varies a lot more though, anytime from around 11 PM to like 2:30 AM (which was last night urk). I usually take a long (1-3 hours) nap most days too.

I sleep from 10:30pm to 5:30am...well, it's more like 11pm to 5am, since it takes me half an hour on average to get to sleep and I'm usually awake earlier than that. My health is shit, but my body clock has always been pretty damn good, save for when the clocks go forward and I am utterly screwed for about a week as I try and adjust.

Sleep quality is...alright? I wake up with awful migraines quite a lot, but I don't often get super tired during the day or anything, and I don't wake up too often in the night. Usually. If it's hot I don't feel like I've slept at all. I dream a lot and can usually remember what I've been dreaming about, but forget it before midday...unless it's traumatic. Then it usually picks up where it left off the following night.

I sleep on my front but often wind up awake on my back or side.

I'm all over the place right now when it comes to sleeping. I always have an alarm set for 9am just so I can take my meds. When I open at work I'm up between 8-8:30.

As for my sleeping I wear a lavender nose strip to help keep my nose from plugging up and I have an extra firm pillow with a long body pillow behind it. I sleep propped up like most people do when they're sick. Sleeping flat is uncomfortable to me and I've tried moving my pillow down but by the next morning its back up because I most likely shove it back up in my sleep.

I also have to sleep with relaxing music because I have ringing in both ears and its REALLY hard to sleep in complete silence. I also sleep mostly on my right side or stomach. Just like sleeping flat sleeping on my back is ungodly uncomfortable.

i only get a few hours of sleep per night, while the rest are pretty much naps. i sleep as early as 9-10 pm sometimes if i'm tired enough but i wake up at like 2am and then fall back asleep, wake back up at 4 am zzz. kinda annoying but oh well.

I usually sleep at 3:30, but I have insomnia, so I wake up multiple times throughout the night sometimes. But, ah well, that's life I guess. :x

Due to working second shift (when there's work), right now I typically go to bed between 3-4AM and wake up anywhere between 12PM-1:30PM. Depends on the day and when I get to sleep. Assuming I still work 2:30PM to 11PM once work's back, I'll shift to be more 2-3AM bedtime with 11AM-12PM wakeup.

My quality of sleep is decent, I think. Sometimes I wake up for just a sec in the middle of sleeping. Once I'm in deep sleep I can ignore a lot of things. Usually I toss and turn while trying to get to sleep, shifting from my sides to my stomach, but usually wake up on my back? Yeah, I don't get it either.

I fluctuate. Some days I'm good and I'm in bed before 1am and awake at 7am. Some days I'm up until 4am and wake up at 7am. And still other days I'm out by like 10pm and asleep until 10am, lol. And that's not including the nights where sleep eludes me entirely.

But regardless of what time I fall asleep as long as it's a Sunday I will ALWAYS wake my ass up at 5am to sell turnips. >:D

I was an oddball for my age, since I seemed to be the only one with a preference for sleeping early. Sometimes 7:30 PM or 8:30. Then I would be up at 4:00 AM.

I've changed recently. I'm usually up until 11:00 PM. I'm no longer a super early morning person either. My wake up times are always 6:30 AM to 8:00, never later however.

I have a sleep disorder that results in me literally having no circadian rhythm. I've never really had a reliable sleep schedule and it's even more wild these days. Sometimes I'm normal, sometimes I'm nocturnal and sometimes I just flat out don't sleep. The quality varies a lot too, but weirdly enough I tend to find that I'm more likely to get good sleep during the phases where I'm asleep during the day and awake at night. The one consistent thing is that I pretty much always sleep curled up on my side.

I have been told by all of my friends that my sleep schedule is ??? I find that I get super tired at night and can easily pass out after dinner around 7pm - 8pm if I don't force myself to stay awake. If you give me 5 minutes, I can fall asleep anywhere at any time of the day. Sometimes I'll pass out early, wake up at 2-4am and just stay awake because I don't feel like going to bed. Other days I can go to bed normally around 11pm and wake up at 7am but those days are super rare. Generally I will get about 7 hours of sleep and I am definitely more of an early to bed early to rise sort of person than a night owl. But I do enjoy the quiet of the late night hours so I wish I could stay awake more :p

bc of quarantine my sleep schedule is: zilch

i am literally sleeping at 10am, waking up at 7pm, and then repeat or if i have something to do during the day i don't sleep at all?? its v unhealthy and im working on it but considering i don't get sunlight its... a bit of a challenge rn

so for now i have accepted that im running on the americanTM timezone

Quarantine has me screwed, but I wake for appointments.

A lot of medication I have make me drowsy too. A double-edged sword

My sleep schedule got so messed up a couple days ago. Just couldn't fall asleep and then ended up taking a long nap after work yesterday and then didn't fall asleep last night until like 4 am.

My grandmother also said that sleeping on your side/stomach causes wrinkles, so I developed the habit of sleeping on my back! I honestly have no idea how people sleep on their stomach? As a girl it's very uncomfortable for me and you either have your face pressed into the pillow or your neck at a sharp angle.

As for my schedule, this pretty much sums me up lately...

[PokeCommunity.com] it's 12am, zzzz time for bed

My sleeping schedule is pretty inconsistent, but I try to get a minimum of 5 and a half to 6 hours of sleep. However, even if I don't need to wake up in the morning, I rarely stay awake after 3 AM. Usually I'm in bed by 2 AM. If I have to wake up early in the morning, I go to sleep at a time which allows me to get those 6 hours of sleep. I don't really have any issues with sleep, only when it's really hot.
My preferred pillows are the harder ones. I don't like how my face sinks in a soft pillow and closes one of my nostrils. Speaking of the sleeping position, tiger kick for the win.
