I mean, sleeping. I haven't deliberately stayed up for a New Year since 2000. Of course, if my neighbours decide to make a racket, I probably won't be sleeping much ._.

well i'm gonna break the chain of Nothing in this thread and say that i had a positively wonderful time at the nye party i went to last night, where we got drunk and played raunchy board games and ran around the area looking for the best fireworks and then all the couples made out with each other at midnight
i choose my parties carefully but i threw caution to the wind with this one and it paid off very well, had a blast!!!!
met some great new people and then i made some emotional declarations on the phone to some old ones and really felt like i was entering the decade in a positive and healthy manner! crying on the toilet at 3am never felt so good

I spent NYE overseas in the US as part of a 3 week trip! Had a cool daytrip to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend in Arizona but mostly we spent the day driving from Vegas. Then we had a Chinese buffet for dinner which was pretty good despite not being super authentic :D Have never seen a fried wonton in my life until today let alone one with cheese?!?

I really didn't have any plans, but the way it turned out I'm just getting really sad.

Sorry to turn this into sad boi hours, but I'm just getting really sad and somber this NYE.

Maybe it's because this year has been an absolute dumpster fire for me, maybe it's because i'm listing to sad music at the moment.

Maybe it's because that's just how I am.

I hope 2020 is going to be better, although I'm doubtful.

Our family hosted two parties consecutively on Christmas, so nothing happened for New Years.

I didn't even plan on staying up until Midnight. Except I began playing Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. I got way too into it and played for nearly 7 straight hours that night. Stopped playing and turned and on the TV at midnight, then went straight back to it.
