Pancakes or Waffles?

    The waffle is the ancestor of the ice cream cone. It also handles syrup better than a pancake since the thick exterior slows down absorption and the honeycombesque pattern can hold multiple pockets of syrup.
     
    Waffles. 100%.

    Pancakes are great but Waffles are too good, dawg. Chicken and Waffles are a staple for a reason.
     
    I like both but my grandma, bless her, made some fantastic pancakes when I was visiting many years back. Top tier ones. Can't go past them.
     
    Neither, honestly... I'm not a fan of breakfast food. Never really have been since I was 15, honestly.
     
    Waffles. Pancakes are pretty bland most of the time, but every once in a while I'll chow down on a chocolate chip pancake or two.

    Also, Waffle House is my place of worship so I feel like I'm pretty biased from the get-go.
     
    Waffles for me! I prefer the extra texture and they don't get as soggy when I eat them.

    Also I just... suck at making pancakes. Although I'm better at making pancakes with added ingredients (chocolate chips, etc.) than I am waffles, for some reason.
